| The "WHO" gateway features an Internet-based test program which will assess whether you, being a manufacturer, retailer or an importer, are actually affected by the Directive. This is done by answering product and company-related questions, such as 'Does this product feature a functionality which requires an electric field to operate?' The result indicates, whether a specific product is affected by the two Directives. From here, you will later be directed to the requirements in the "WHAT" - section. |
