Separate reporting of cost incurred by the collection, treatment and disposal of "historical" electroscrap which belongs to device categories 2-10 while conducting sales of new electro devices. During a transition period of eight years (ten years for category 1 devices) after the Directive has taken effect, manufacturers are entitled to disclose to customers purchasing new devices the cost of collection, treatment and ecologically sound disposal.
